A power generation company located in northeast China is responsible for supplying more than 200 tons of domestic hot water to local residents every day. Such a large demand for hot water supply will consume nearly 10 tons of standard coal every day. "

Bolaite learned about the situation of the power plant: First, a large amount of steam needs to be consumed for hot water heating; Second, the air compressor in the air compressor room needs to consume a large amount of energy to cool down due to high temperature of lubricating oil. After-sales service sales personnel actively communicated with relevant personnel of the power plant. It is suggested to transform the existing air compressor for collecting waste heat of the air compressor and raising the domestic water to 60℃-65℃ first, and then introduce steam to further heat up, so that the hot water temperature can reach 90℃, so as to meet its operation requirements. The waste heat recovery device of Bolaite air compressor can not only reduce the steam consumption, but also reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor cooling system.

After more than one month of intensive installation and commissioning, seven Bolaite waste heat recovery devices and supporting pump sets were successfully put into use, and hot water was continuously transported and injected into the water tank. According to statistics, the waste heat recovery and transformation project in Bolaite can supply more than 200 tons of 65℃ hot water to the power plant every day, saving more than 1900 tons of standard coal and reducing more than 5000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year.
